HOVER-1™ Brand Items
Many features on the HOVER-1™ website needed to be created or redone completely. Included in this were the Hover-1™ icons. Utilizing the brand colors and style, I designed over 10 icons in Illustrator to help the user understand and direct the website without issue.
In addition to creating icons on the HOVER-1™ website, I also maximized the usability and accessibility of the site’s support. Previously a problem with the brand, now customers are able to find support easily through multiple options on the site: search by product, product manuals, search by country, FAQs, and submit-a-ticket forms. Customers have seen a complete turnaround in customer support.
